  Took three suits in, told her no rush, just need at least one in a couple months before big event. I don't hear from her, I forget until about a week before event, but no big deal right, she's had them for months. Nope. Nothing done, and can't get one done in time. Sucks, but fine, as long as I have them before my next event. A month or so later. Yeah? No. Still not done, honestly I don't remember when exactly at this point I got my first suit back, because this whole ordeal took over a year to finish. I finally did get one suit done, went in to pick it up, good. Then of course I forgot about the other two, and that's my fault, but really she should have been calling me so she could finish my service and get my suits out of her hair, but no, I suspect because I paid upfront? Won't do again BTW, half now half later, or sign a contract or something. I tried calling a few times a few months later, trying to see when I could pick my suits up. But apparently there are two businesses​ running out of this building? Doesn't matter, they are both terrible. Whomever was the second seamstress, I don't know her name but it's her number on the Google page, I called that number several times with no answers, leaving messages with no responses, until one day she answers and was very rude, saying that it was the other woman who has my suits and to stop calling her. Then she gave me the other woman's number. Called her with no answers. I gave up for awhile, because I hate confrontation, and I didn't want to have to make this lady feel bad for not finishing my suits or even trying to call me in all this time. I live far away from the place and have a tight schedule so popping in and seeing how things were going wasn't an option. Finally after more than a year later from dropping my suits off, and trying to get them back, I asked a family member who drives through there often to just stop and get my suits from her in whatever state they may be in. So she did, and one suit one done, the other still pinned. When I finally got them home, the one that was done, the second suit I had left with her, fit ok, but the pocket was tore. Just ridiculous. The whole experience has scared me off of small town tailoring in general. And I'm from a small town! I won't make the mistake of going here again, and you shouldn't either.
